Article on cultivating resilience

Those who are looking to strengthen their coping systems, or to repair the trauma might find this article a helpful place to start:

https://www.nytimes.com/2020/06/15/health/resilience-trauma-emdr-treatment.html?action=click&module=Top%20Stories&pgtype=Homepage&contentCollection=AtHome&package_index=0

I can edit to include the content if necessary.

Re: Article on cultivating resilience

Very interesting.. it deals with some trauma..coping skills.    I also found some techniques in Dr Salazar's Back to Life book.
I read these things now because ,while I am so much better, the reality is I'm not as resilient as I once was.
