Piper,

Get a lawyer. A pre-nup only nullifies the money that was already there before you married. It does not disqualify you from any earnings that were brought in during the marriage. Unless he hasn't worked a day since the day you got married, I can't imagine that being the case.

Piper, I agree with Kel. Get an attorney. There are many states that will nullify a prenup if it contained false information. You may have more rights than you think. http://family.findlaw.com/marriage/top-10-reasons-a-premarital-agreement-may-be-invalid.html

Not sure if you are willing or want to provide which state you live in, but some of us may have resources to help.

Thanks so much for the advice. I do have an attorney. I'm in N.C. so a pre-nup is rather hard to reverse. I do imagine he WILL start dating WOMEN. He was very quick to hook up with me within days after his first wife left him. I had no idea I was entitled to the Social Security of the earnings after marriage. My attorney is working to reverse this unfair pre-nup. I just can't believe I ignored all the signs by drinking wine and popping Valium. Now that I'm sober and free of pills, LORD! Signs are popping up all over.

Yes Abby , the part about them going on to date other women. My ex is already trying to do that. I know he will do his best to get into a relationship with a women because he is in complete denial and also he will want to show all my family his family and friends that I've told that see it's her making it up, I'm not gay , I like women. I can't believe some of the story's on her it's like I'm reading about my life and relationship with my husband , they all seem to do and say the same things and the sex side of it that they couldn't keep erection and interested in sex at start of relationship but it wains off and secret phones and gas lighting, god the list is endless , Christ I am so so glad I saw that first email to a gay massage place and dug deeper to find out because I just knew that something was off , but got the shock of my life when I went into his search history going back 8 years and all the stuff I saw , gay porn every day and searches for gay saunas , gay bars , etc , couldn't believe my eyes just how bad it was. He was the least person in the world I thought would be that way
