This was heartbreaking to read.  I've learned a lot from reading Chump Lady (I post there under the same name as here, but over here it's to give/receive actual support).  Chump Lady does a great job of dissecting the reconciliation industry, but for so many people it's like it is for that LW: she's pregnant, she already has one special needs child, has no place to go, so basically ... both she and her husband know she doesn't have the luxury of walking out.
