I'm liking this guy Jordan Peterson more and more. Here's a nice piece of advice about letting go of the things that hurt you
I hope this all doesn't come off as too pie-in-the-sky self help. There are days I need to vent, there are days I want to share stuff that brings perspective.

Shari, unfortunately that is called Gaslighting. A form of mental abuse on many levels to make you crazy and wonder what the heck just happened while in conversation.
