    My Husband has just came out! I need a UK support group.

    Hello all,

    Is there anyone who knows of a support group in the UK I have tried to contact the straight spouse Nottingham via email but had no reply. Does anyone have any ideas of a phone number? :-)

    Anything would be great
    Having a hard time at the moment!

    No but you could reach out to the main SSN contact page and let them know. Maybe they have private emails or other ways to keep in touch. SSN also has a Facebook page you can message.

    So sorry you're here, there are members from outside the USA, if you can't access individual support, do post here, everyone is so understanding and supportive. Just writing it out can help you take tiny steps forward.

    I'm outside the US, no SSN here but the LGBT community have free support groups, for married gay men, married lesbians and one for their spouses. I believe the ones for gay men and lesbians are both very well attended whereas the one I've been attending varies from 7 at the fullest to only me (and the two facilitators) at the lowest! It's better than nothing. Maybe the UK LGBT community provide something similar.

    Sometimes we are just the collateral damage in someone else's war against themselves
