Re: A question for women with trans or crossdressing husbands

I relate to what you're feeling. I'd rather continue enjoying my husband, also transgender, as what is shaping into more of a BFF and roommie situation. We have built a life together, have a child, and we still have a great time together.

We will figure out how to handle the missing pieces when we get there.

Also, it is refreshing to hear that someone else is supportive or working through this major change. My husband wishes he wasn't putting us through this but we get it and we support each other.

"Short answer? I love him. We’re best friends and we’re perfect for each other in pretty much every other way... it’s *mostly* the romantic aspect of our relationship that’s always been a problem... albeit a big problem because that aspect of life is important to me. But, I guess when I rationalize things in my head, I’d rather spend my life building a dream with my best friend/the father of my children. That’s even more important to me."
