Fordyce angiokeratoma on scrotum

How common is this? Is this due to injury of some sort? Do gay men often get this? I know it’s not an STD but I was wondering if anyone else has any insight into this?

Harmless. Very common and more common in older men. Some men have them removed for cosmetic reasons. Source: Google

You have a future. A good one. It begins as a flicker of hope. Nurture it until it becomes a dream and when you are strong enough you will make it a reality. NEVER give up.
