Thanks lankylozenge. Your experience and points are reality indeed.
I read your post last week and it got me thinking more.. though I have decided at the moment to remain and give it a try with a very close monitoring of how things play out for couple of months, before I take a drastic decision; after which I can re-evaluate and move-on.
