To answer your question ...how they compartmentalize and do it.   Yes, I think sociopath is probably the clinicial description.  In my analysis I concluded my GX simply has a broken moral core.   Why and how really doesn't matter..its not something I or anyone else can fix.   If I had to analyze further ..we've it seen here...many of them seem to have someone or some group that can convince them that even mother Theresa is a bad person...that we deserve the hurt and bad treatment...   its an alternate moral  universe.
