It is all over the news here in the US about Covid-19 overwhelming hospitals and clinics in India so if you are not feeling sick yourself it sounds as if it will be best to stay away from people, including your sick husband, as best you can.

I agree that you should be tested to make cure that you have not caught anything from him but if the health care system is overwhelmed with Covid-19 patients now is not the time to go anywhere near them. If he has HIV and you have not been intimate with him probably you have not caught it.
