BECAUSE HE HELPS PEOPLE.  He's succinct, honest, and he knows the mindset of the people who so often confuse us.  He offers us feedback that we simply cannot get anywhere else.

I'm surprised to come back here and see this.  Haven't been here in almost a year now, and it's still the same old question about Sean - from someone who's been around a long time.  Disappointed.
