Lonelyhearts,
An angry week is ok and expected, I'm sure we've all had many. I'd love to know the meditation your mother sent.

Hi everyone, I'm better, not in the super dark spot I was in, but having a very angry week. Thank you for all of your kind words and responses. My mom sent me a meditation that really helped. (If any of you would like it I'd be happy to post it for you.)
I'm glad you are feeling better. I caution you against taking medications on your own. Are you in therapy? If not you should make an appointment. Call you primary to ask about medication. It's quite dangerous to take medications unsupervised.
Sending you strength and hugs.

jkc,I think she mentioned meditations, not medications. I agree fully, any and all medications should be managed by a prescriber.

Well that's just embarrassing. I just had surgery and I'm exhausted...guess its affecting my eyesight. I feel much better now...I was very worried. Thank you!!

LHC,
Very happy to read that you are doing better! I wish I could help more. I think anger can be a good thing if it is not self-directed, it may give you some energy and momentum towards some practical “moving” or “re-arranging”
