How to quote a previous post

On the bottom right of each post is a "Quote" hyperlink.  If you click the link it will open a new post and the post you just left will be copied at the top.  In front of the quote will be an opening trigger - in this case {quote=WendiT} and at the end, a closing trigger {/quote}.  You can edit everything in between, which is something I suggest because that will help keep the quote focused.

Two things to know:

First, your reply should only be typed AFTER the closing trigger {/quote}.

Second, be careful not to erase part {or all} of the opening or closing trigger.  If you do, you may get an error or it may post without the quote being cited the way you wanted.

Once you try quoting, you'll see how easily it works.
